Each Gathering Includes:
Opening grounding + intention
We arrive, breathe, settle, and open the creative field.
A creative prompt, question, or theme
A spark to help you loosen the mind and enter the channel.
Spacious Creation Time
Time to paint, write, weave, sculpt, outline, dream, build, edit, move, or make.
This is where we hold each other to that creation time, individually, yet together.
You will connect with other creatives and soul-led women in business.
We will create a portal of creative energy together.
Optional sharing, coaching + creative conversation
A space to be witnessed, ask questions, release blocks, and receive support.
We gather the energy, honor what came through, and leave feeling more connected to our work and ourselves.

Fire & Flow gathers weekly on Tuesdays for 90 minutes.
To support different rhythms and schedules, we alternate between afternoon and evening sessions:
1st + 3rd Tuesdays
1:00–2:30pm MT
2nd + 4th Tuesdays
7:00–8:30pm MT
Replays will be available for two months so you can return to the openings, prompts, and creative conversations whenever you need a spark.
