Meet Andonia Reynolds
Andonia is an equine specialist, facilitator, and wellness guide with over 25 years of experience working alongside horses. She brings the herd into retreat spaces to support grounding, reflection, and connection, offering participants a calm, embodied way to slow down, listen, and reconnect with themselves through the wisdom of the horse.
Andonia will be bringing her horses to open space for us to open to the medicine of horses. See more information below.
Sacred Space
We will open with sacred ceremony to create a space that is surrounded with our higher spirit team and assist everyone with feeling safe.
You will be guided through beautiful daily mediations. Be sure to bring your journal for reflections and visioning.

To open our higher chakras, release the old and welcome in our new manifestatons
Sound Healing
Crystal bowls, drumming and perhaps some sisterhood singing on the deck or by the fire pit. Bring your drum if you have one for some possible drumming on the mountain or in our circles.
Creative Play
One of the central threads of Mystics in the Mountains is a guided intuitive painting workshop — not as an art class, but as a ritual of remembrance.
You’ll be guided to:
- Paint from intuition rather than the mind
- Let color, movement, and energy lead
- Create a visual anchor for what you receive during the retreat.
The Medicine of Horses
Horses carry a powerful, honest, and regulating energy.
They meet us exactly as we are — not who we pretend to be.
During the retreat, you’ll have opportunities to:
- Connect with the energy of horses
- Observe and feel their grounded presence
- Reflect on what they awaken within you
This is not about doing, fixing, or controlling — it’s about being in relationship with presence itself.
Connecting with Sacred Land & Ancestral Energy
The land we gather on is not just a backdrop — it is a participant in the retreat.

This warm and welcoming lodge with a large deck overlooking the mountains will have you feeling relaxed and connected to your soul the first day.
All your meals are taken care of and deliciously prepared by the talented cook, Cheanise.
Andonia, her horses and I are excited to spend time with you in the mountains.
Enjoy this view with your morning coffee or tea.
We will take a short hike to this incredible view.

Five day stay in this beautiful log lodge, accommodation as well as all meals
Snacks, tea, coffee throughout the day.
Feel free to bring your own special drinks and snacks too.
All art supplies included with several modalities of creative experiences. Feel free to bring your favorite brushes or paints.
Special activities for you to experience the magic of the mountains, the horses, lake and land.
Guided meditations, journaling prompts, rituals and sacred experiences.
What's Not Included
Your airfare or personal transportation to and from retreat.
*Transportation to Rock, Lake, Earth Lodge. You will need to rent a car or share a vehicle to this space.
*Personal, medical or trip cancellation insurance (highly recommended)
*Tips and Gratuities
*Alcohol is not included however you may bring your own.
*Souvenirs, phone calls, spa services, taxis, etc.
*Your personal groceries or dietary needs unless specified (we will try to accommodate you)
*Your personal care items and basic clothing needs, hiking boots, water shoes etc.

A deposit of $300 will hold your space.
GST (5%) tax will be added to pricing.

Refund Policy
Once you pay the deposit, your fee is non-refundable. Please get trip insurance if you have concerns about getting your money back, for any reason. It is worth it. If you are ill or can’t come for any reason, you cannot get a refund on the room at the after June 15th.
We will refund all deposits if we have to cancel the retreat for any reason. We will be there rain or shine! Hope you will too! We will not cancel due to weather unless there is a shut down for a natural disaster or other unexpected emergency.
